We want to give you advance warning that the Bretton Foodbank distribution centre will be closed on Monday 14th October and Tuesday 15th October 2024 due to building maintenance work being done on the roof at the Cresset. Our team does not have access to the church building on these dates so cannot operate the foodbank.
The rest of the foodbank centres will be operating normally across that week so people requiring emergency food from Peterborough Food Bank can access any of our other centres on other days.
We are offering the referral agencies who frequently refer to the Bretton centre some parcels to hold in their offices in case they come across a desperate case that needs urgent support.
