We will be out and about in Bretton next week. We will try to visit you for an essential check of the condition of your home. It will only take a few minutes. We just need to come into your home and take a look at every room.
We know our residents have busy lives and are often out during the typical working hours, so we are trying a new way of working. We may try to visit during an evening or at the weekend. We will be working until 7pm some weekdays and between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays to try to make it easier for you. As we are visiting so many homes, we cannot offer appointment times but we wanted to let you know we will be in your area in the coming days. If you are not at home but someone else over the age of 16 is, we can still complete our visit.
All CKH employees carry ID which they will be happy to show you. If you are ever uncertain about whether a visit is genuine, please call our Customer First team on 01733 385000. The team are available Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm.
