We write to update you in regards to The Bretton Centre and the pothole works. Our contractors have been out last night and resurfaced the entrance area of the car park along with the previous visit to repair several of the potholes.
Due to the condition of the entrance section, we decided to carry out a full resurface rather than a repair which will result in a longer-lasting repair. Please see the picture attached.
Going forward on-site, we are in close discussion with the landlord to complete a 5-year phase repair for the car park for The Bretton Centre. Once this has been agreed, we will look to commence the first stage same time next year at the very latest.
