In October, the city centre neighbourhood team attended a house in Monument Street, Eastfield, after we were approached by a member of the public who reported their e-scooter had been stolen.
The owner of the scooter had put an Apple AirTag inside which was pinging to the house. When searching the house, we found a variety of suspected stolen items in the house, including the e-scooter, jewellery and camera equipment.
Two men in their 30s and a woman in her 60s were arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and has been bailed until 2 January whilst further inquiries are carried out.
If you believe that any of the recovered items might belong to you, then please call 101 and quote the crime number 35/73842/23. Proof of ownership will be required.
You can read more about it on our website. Do these stolen items belong to you? | Cambridgeshire Constabulary (cambs.police.uk)
