In collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Society, the Bretton Parish Council has organised pilot sessions for a Dementia Adviser to conduct weekly appointment-based sessions at the Parish Office.
The Dementia Clinic will be available from Monday, 11th November 2024, until Monday, 16th December 2024, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.
The Dementia team is here to listen, understand, and help you.
•Worried about yours or somebody else’s memory
•We provide dementia advice/support and information
•Tips and strategies when caring for someone with memory problems or dementia
•Navigate around the services available
•Linking you with other organisations that can help
•A listening ear
