Concessionary Fare Passes online application.
We are writing to you in relation to the process for applying for or renewing a concessionary bus pass for residents in your parish.
The Combined Authority is pleased to say that as from 1st February 2023, your residents will now be able to apply for or renew their concessionary bus pass online.
The online process is a nice and easy one for the applicant, so we are confident that your residents will find this new method to be a simple one to use and make it easier for them. To apply for or renew the pass, all they have to do is go to https://transport.cambridgeshirepeterborough-ca.gov.uk/. If people have any problems with the online form, then alternatively, they can call 0345 045 1367 for help with their application. Or, if they would like, they can go into any of the Peterborough libraries where staff have been trained on how to do a first time or renewal application.
This change to the online form does mean that from 1st February 2023 Peterborough residents will no longer be able to do a paper application or go to the Peterborough Town Hall and do it in person.
