FREE Women’s Self-Defence classes, which we run every Tuesday during term time at HAITO KARATE, from 20:00 to 21:00. Address is: HAITO Karate, Unit 3, Wharf Road Industrial Estate, Woodston, Peterborough, PE2 9PS.
These are ongoing weekly classes, and women are welcome to join at any time. The sessions are open to all women aged 18+, regardless of fitness level or previous experience — no prior martial arts background is needed.
The classes focus on practical self-defence skills in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment, making them accessible and beneficial for beginners and those with more experience alike.
