Best Start in Life System Innovation project update & School Nursery partnerships programme

Hello,

If you are a:

• PVI setting manager
• PVI staff e.g. preschool room leads, SENCo
• Childminder
• Reception teacher
• School leader e.g. Heads of Early Years

We would like to hear from you.

What for?
We are looking for schools and PVIs / EY settings in Peterborough to take part in a workshop to co-design how a new government programme (called School-Nursery Partnerships) should work in practice and how we can make best use of the funding.

School-Nursery Partnerships (SNP) is a new programme being led by the Department for Education. An SNP will be a reciprocal relationship between schools and PVIs / EY providers within a local area. The programme aims to support school readiness and transitions, drive quality practice, and to strengthen local relationships. Significant investment has been secured to roll out the programme over the next three years.

When
13th October, 18.00-20.00 – we will provide food and refreshments.

Where: Gladstone Park Community Centre, 927 Bourges Blvd, Peterborough PE1 2AN

Why:
This is an opportunity to shape government policy – you can tell us how things really are, not how we think they are.
You will also receive a £50 gift voucher as a thank-you for your time.

Fill out this form to express your interest and we will contact you to arrange attendance: https://forms.office.com/e/5tPvu1Ae3S

Kind regards,

Robyn Macklin
